It's Rudolph Day

Hello there.

Well folks, it's the 25th of January and that usually only means one thing, yes, another year has rolled round and it's my birthday:)  Wait a minute though, it also means that it's Scrappy Mo's first Rudolf Day Challenge  of 2016 and so I'm here with my first Christmas card of the year.  I only discovered the challenge late last year but I'm hoping to take part every month this year to get ahead with Christmas.

I stamped the snowman onto white card and then ran it through my Big Shot using a Cuttlebug snowflake folder.  I then stamped the image again on a snippet of white card using a black Stazon ink before colouring it in with Sharpie markers.  I then cut the image out and used foam pads to attatch it to my Cutlebug background. The snowman is one of my favourite Christmas images by Inkininkido and the sentiment is by Inkylicious.

I'm also entering this card into the following challenges:

My plan to join in Rudolph day last year didn't go quite to pan but hoping to do better this year.

  2. LOVE this card Sandra! That Inkylicious sentiment is a great favourite of mine - and maybe I need the snowman as well - a match made in Heaven! Great how you layered the snowman too - even after the embossing - works a treat!
